‘The Bachelor’: Why Fans Are Ready for Peter Weber’s Season to End Already

Now that the big news of the next Bachelorette is out — Clare Crawley is back for the fifth time — viewers are ready for Peter Weber’s drama to come to an end.

Luckily, there’s only one more week left of the misery. Let’s take a look at the many reasons why viewers are ready for Peter Weber’s season of The Bachelor to come to an end — some fans do not even care who he picks.

Fans feel that ‘The Bachelor’ Peter Weber has no idea what he wants for his ending

During season 24 of The Bachelor, Peter Weber loves everything. He loves ice cream, flying, the country-side, the city, and numerous different women. The 28-year-old pilot expressed to many contestants throughout the season what an amazing time he had with them. He loves them all so much that he doesn’t know how he will choose — and that worries us.

“Peter [Weber’s season] at this point is bound to be a disaster because the man doesn’t know what he wants,” one Instagram user wrote. “He’s so confused all the time, and it’s no wonder since he’s dating children.”

Pilot Pete kept Victoria Fuller longer than anyone thought was humanly possible. The red-flags she threw down were so blatantly apparent that fans are worried about Weber’s judgment.

“I have certainly lost interest and want it to be over,” one fan wrote on Reddit.

Viewers feel that the drama is so commonplace now that it is boring. Last week Madison Prewett told Weber that if he slept with any other women, she would not be able to stick around. Lo and behold, he was intimate with both of the other contestants, but distraught when Madi followed through on what she told him. His decision making is questionable at best.

The announcement of Clare Crawley as ‘The Bachelorette’ has fans excited about an older cast

“Now that we know who The Bachelorette will be, I feel like I could care less about what happens to Peter,” wrote another Redditor.

Good Morning America announced 38-year-old Clare Crawley as the new Bachelorette on Mar. 2, 2020. Since she is the oldest lead to date, fans are excited that the cast of men will be older as well.

“We need to put an end to all the girls in their early 20s with too much drama,” one fan tweeted after the announcement of Crawley.

The final two women on Weber’s season — Madi and Hannah Ann Sluss — are both 23-years-old. The new cast for Crawley’s season will not have anyone younger than 25, and viewers are ready for it.

Some fans knew Peter Weber’s season of ‘The Bachelor’ was going to be awful
“As soon as I found out Peter was going to be The Bachelor, I knew it wasn’t gonna be a good season,” added another Redditor. “He didn’t prove me wrong.”

Other fans entirely agreed with the original comment. The announcement that Weber was the lead for season 24 was met with disdain among viewers. It turns out the complaints were valid.

“You aren’t the only one,” responded another fan who did not expect Weber’s season to be good at all.

“News flash,” added another viewer. “A cast of 20-something wannabe Instagram-influencers has gotten old super freaking fast. I want to see real people with real complex lives searching for a partner.”

Peter Weber’s season of The Bachelor will finally be over on Mar. 9 & 10, 2020. Then Crawley’s season will begin filming Mar. 13, 2020. We can expect to watch her season of The Bachelorette with a refreshingly older cast mid-May 2020.
